Attention sourdough lovers: Free tropicalized sourdough starter! After a couple false starts, in July 2015 I succeeded in cultivating a batch of sourdough starter here in Paradise. After catching its second wind, this batch truly has acquired a personality of its own. Tangy and vibrant, it responds gratefully to loving care, and has an aroma that is out of this world.
If you are willing to dedicate five minutes of your time every two weeks, this starter will keep for years in a jar in your refrigerator, ready to make awewome sourdough bread or pancakes whenever you are.
